Security

Handled withcare.

Foster care records are some of the most sensitive there are. Here's exactly how we look after them.

Your data, kept separate

Every agency's records are isolated inside the database itself, so one agency can never see another's.

Clock records are locked

Once a clock-in or clock-out is written it can't be edited or deleted. Corrections are added as new entries.

A full audit trail

Every change made in the dashboard is logged with who made it and when, and the log itself can't be altered.

Secure sign-in

Staff sign in with a one-time code sent to their work email. Admins use a password, with optional two-factor sign-in.

Staff privacy

Location at the door. Nowhere else.

  • Location is read only at the moment someone clocks in or out. There is no tracking through the day.
  • Carers give their consent once, before their first clock-in, and can see it in their settings.
Access control

Everyone sees just what they need.

Five levels of access, plus per-person permissions for each part of the dashboard.

  1. 1

    Owner

Everything, including billing and plan settings.

  2. 2

    Admin

All day-to-day operations across the agency, except billing.

  3. 3

    Manager

Scheduling, attendance and payroll, without team or billing settings.

  4. 4

    Home manager

Their home's operations. Pay rates and payroll stay hidden.

  5. Carer

Their own shifts, clock-ins and messages, and nothing else.
